Naming Conventions
The completed modules, projects and exams are to be submitted as digital files at the end of a project cycle. When requested by the instructor, place the project file and all of the completed module files in a single folder labeled 122_P1(or whatever project number it is- P2, P3 etc.) (your name). Name the project P1_your name.ai. Name each module Mod1(A,B,C etc) .ai, Mod 2.ai etc. Submit the exams to the specified folder. Exams are labeled 122Mid_(your name).ai, and 122Fin_(your name).ai.
Submitting Projects
Drag your Project folder to DAR122 Drop folder on the Google Drive. Within the Drop folder there are a series of five project folders. Project 1, Project 2, Project 3 etc. Drag your folder from your desktop to the appropriate project folder or exam folder when requested on or before the deadline.

Project 2 Low Poly Self Portrait Due October 5
Take a picture of yourself with a digital camera. Use the picture as a template. The low poly technique will be demonstrated in class. Create the self-portrait by drawing a series of triangles.
You may use this technique for your self portrait.
Or
Use a more traditional technique: Start with the general shape of the head. Add shapes for the hair and features on separate layers. Create more layers and sub-layers for the details. Submit a print, and the digital file.
Do not use Image Trace for this project.
